Why Invest in Cambridge?

Cambridge multifamily--one of my favorite long-term investment property types for many reasons: Cambridge has one of the lowest tax rates among most prestigious neighborhoods in Massachusetts. It’s close to Harvard, MIT, and easy commute to downtown so holds long-term value well. During the last recession, Cambridge was a relatively strong market compared to the rest of MA and the US. The Kendall Square has been experiencing rapid transformations and has continued to be developed, with new companies and techno hubs rapidly expanding.
